Star Overdrive Featured in This Week’s eShop Highlights

Curious about the latest happenings on the Nintendo Switch eShop this week? Though we’re eagerly waiting for the launch of the Switch 2, just seven weeks away now, the current platform is still buzzing with a slew of new games every single week. Among this week’s highlights is Star Overdrive, an exciting action-adventure experience.

In Star Overdrive, you’ll find yourself navigating an alien world on a hoverboard, taking on puzzles and fierce enemies. Developed by the indie team Caracal Games, comprised of 12 passionate creators, this isn’t their first outing on the eShop. However, Star Overdrive marks their first feature in a Nintendo Direct. The game is published by Plug In Digital, who previously brought us the intriguing Mindcop last year. With its mix of high-speed action, platforming, and third-person gameplay, Star Overdrive is definitely one to keep an eye on.

This week also brings new additions to Nintendo Music, including the spooky melodies of Luigi’s Mansion. Also, a wide array of games like Mario + Rabbids and South Park are up for grabs at a discount.
