The remaster of the PlayStation 2 classic "Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army" is true to its roots but with some exciting upgrades. Expect improved battle mechanics, enhanced graphics, fully voiced main storylines, and several quality-of-life tweaks to enhance your gaming experience.
The story kicks off with a young heiress making a bizarre request at the Narumi Detective Agency: she wants someone to kill her. Just as mysteriously, she’s abducted. It’s up to Raidou Kuzunoha XIV, a detective in training and part-time Devil Summoner, to unravel the mystery. His journey crisscrosses the city and ventures into the eerie Dark Realm, a hazardous intersection of reality and the supernatural, where demons dwell. What starts as a missing persons case quickly unfolds into a conspiracy that threatens not just the Capital but the entire nation.
"Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army" is set for a worldwide release on June 19, 2025, both in stores and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Pre-order to snag a cool Raidou Glasses bonus—snazzy Taisho-era spectacles for your character to wear in-game.
